This Partner Incentive is valid under the following conditions:
• Partner Agreement with Dynamics Anywhere signed before December 31, 2010
• First deal received as PO from the partner to Dynamics Anywhere before December 31, 2010
• The PO is for a minimum of 5 users and includes the License Agreement, signed by the customer
• Maximum of one free HTC Touch HD2 per partner
